Accessibility Statement – Findabetterboss

Accessibility Statement

Findabetterboss is committed to making our digital experiences usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our target is alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, where reasonable and feasible.

Scope

This statement covers findabetterboss.com and related web content. Third‑party components (e.g., embedded widgets/iframes, media players, social embeds) are outside our full control; we work with providers to improve accessibility where feasible and offer reasonable alternatives when available.

Our approach (no commitment beyond legal requirements)

  • Continuous improvement: We implement accessibility in an incremental, risk‑based manner. Core journeys are prioritized.
  • Reasonable measures: We focus on semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, alt text, sufficient color contrast, and clear error messaging—where appropriate.
  • Stability & security first: Features may be adjusted, substituted, or temporarily disabled to maintain security, stability, or usability.

Current status

The site is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Identified gaps are addressed on a rolling roadmap. We make no guarantee of complete or permanent conformance and reserve the right to prioritize fixes based on proportionality and commercial reasonableness.

Known limitations

  • Third‑party content: Embedded services (e.g., video players, maps, social posts) may not fully meet WCAG.
  • Performance/caching tools: Optimizers (e.g., lazy loading, script deferral) can affect focus order or reading order in edge cases; we tune configurations continuously.
  • Legacy documents: Older PDFs/downloads may not yet be fully tagged; reasonable alternatives are available on request.
Note on third parties: For CMS plugins, form/newsletter integrations, and external scripts we rely on the accessibility posture of those providers. We review alternatives and address reported issues subject to feasibility.

Feedback & support

We review submissions and respond within timeframes required by applicable law, providing reasonable accommodations where feasible.

Legal notice

  • This statement creates no commitments beyond applicable law and no third‑party beneficiary rights.
  • Regional obligations (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, US) may differ; we address them on a proportionate and commercially reasonable basis.
