Findabetterboss.com is a leadership transparency and matching platform addressing a structural market gap: how leadership is actually experienced inside organizations – by the people who report to it. Our approach is based on structured, anonymized feedback and a six-dimensional diagnostic model. This results in public and tiered leadership profiles, accessible insights for hiring and retention, and new visibility mechanisms for leaders, teams, and organizations.

The core platform architecture is designed for scalability, legal robustness (incl. U.S. First Amendment and Section 230 compliance), and multi-level monetization: premium access for leaders and companies, advanced analytics, and a leadership-focused job-matching engine.

We are currently in pre-seed. The founder is a senior behavioral scientist with 20+ years of leadership assessment and platform strategy experience. Target structure: Delaware C-Corp with operations in California. Exit valuation target: $1B+.
