What limiting SPI does
- Restricts our use/disclosure of SPI to the narrow purposes allowed by law (e.g., security/integrity, debugging, short-term transient use, performing services, maintaining service quality).
- Prevents SPI from being used for additional purposes such as advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.
- We also do not sell or share SPI for cross-context behavioral advertising.
What it does not do
- Does not block strictly necessary uses (e.g., login/authentication, security, fraud prevention, fulfilling a transaction you request).
- Does not affect non-SPI data (see Do Not Sell or Share for advertising opt-outs).
Children & Teens
Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18+. We do not knowingly sell or share SPI of consumers under 16. If you believe a minor’s SPI was processed beyond permitted purposes, please contact us so we can stop such use and delete it.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit an SPI limitation request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and attempt to verify your identity. Agents can contact us via the Privacy Request Portal or privacy@findabetterboss.com.
